Great place to stay! The loft was spacious, and offer a beautiful view of the ocean. The place was very clean, and exactly as described. Having a laundry machine and dryer in the apartment was definitely a bonus. The location is perfect: it is about 10min walk from restaurants and bars, and only a few minute walk from the closest beach. Thank you for the sweet welcome note and cookies!

WOW - what a perfect place! The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and the unit itself is as private as they come. The lanai has a perfect view for the beautiful Maui sunsets, or take a 5-minute walk to the beach with the comfy and convenient beach chairs. The beds were both very comfortable and the unit is very quiet, we slept well after full days of activities. The host is very quick to respond and was incredibly helpful as we navigated the challenges of traveling during COVID. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Maui and will definitely look to book it again next time we visit!

I would recommend this place for sure. The location is great and not to mention there is free parking so for those of you who are renting a car, there are no additional parking fees. The airbnb is very spacious and clean, very clean. They also have the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and accessories for you to enjoy a great day at the beach. Check-in and out couldn't be more simple, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Julie.

Such a great place to stay. Well equipped, spacious and comfortable for 2 families with babies. Great view, especially with morning coffee on the deck and watching whales splashing in the ocean. Shops, beaches and food are easy walking distance but still quiet and relaxing.

Great condo!!!! Short walk to the beach and has plenty of beach equipment! A small cooler would be great addition to the beach stuff! Overall a great place to stay for your vacation! Maybe put a note in your welcome book as to where you take recycles.... took us a while to figure it out!

The condo was beautiful and very clean upon our arrival. The view was spectacular. We rented an additional unit and were so fortunate they we were right next to each other, so very convenient. Only really tissue we had was with the washing machine. Despite following the directions we suspect there's a short in the unit as it took numerous tries to get it to work. Once it started all was good. Although there are fans upstairs it would be nice if there was an actual AC. Even in January it's pretty warm up there even in the evenings. Overall, would definitely recommend this unit and would certainly stay there again!

We just stayed at the condo in Oct. Great space and view! Love the cross breeze. So close to all the good stuff that Kihei offers. It is quiet and safe. Communication with the booking agent and the condo staff was all good and quick. Everyone involved was invested in us having a fine time while on the island. Thanks so much!

We spent a wonderful week at Maui Roost. It was everything that we could have hoped for in a home away from home. The condo has many thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable. The condo was spotless and the condo grounds are immaculate. We loved drinking coffee on the deck every morning, followed by a walk down to the gorgeous sandy beach for a swim. We stay in Air B&B’s all over the world but this one wins hands down. We look forward to coming back.

The unit was clean and large enough for myself, husband and 2 teenage daughters. The owner was responsive when we had questions. The view was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Restaurants, beach and shopping are all within walking distance. Plenty of parking. The price was just right. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for relaxation on the island.

Wir sind dankbar, dass eine Grundausstattung zur Benutzung der Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden waren und wir kein grosses Paket kaufen mussten. The location is right in the heart of Kihei.. walking distance to my favorite food and beverage spots. The view is amazing .. you can see over the complex to see Molokini & the ocean. The condo itself is great, has nice decor, lovely extras to make your stay amazing .. bonus the beds are very comfortable:) Hope you enjoy Maui .. Aloha!!!

This place is the perfect location....steps to the pool and across the street from a great beach. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the whales, boats, and sunsets. Fantastic Condo. Maui Vista Condo 3401 was all that it was advertised to be. From the comfortable beds to the wonderful view from the lanai, we enjoyed our three week stay in this well appointed condo. The location was perfect being close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and well maintained. Julie, the property manager, dropped by on our first day, to welcome us to Maui and brought us a delicious pineapple, a lovely touch. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again as it made our holiday very special.

Great View! Would absolutely stay here again...great view, close to the beach, BBQ area was great and always maintained. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Kitchen is a little small, but well stocked and the appliances were good.

We had an amazing stay. One of our best Airbnb stay. Exactly as described, fully loaded amenities. The icing on the cake was beach gear like beach chairs, noodles, umbrella etc. The location was awesome as well close proximity to markets and amazing beaches.

Everything is exactly as the pictures show, the complex is great, the location is perfect and we would definitely do it again. There is everything you could possibly need for a family vacation and the unit is very well maintained. Julie was very quick and helpful in responding to anything and the whole process is as it should be. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Aloha Juilie and Maui Roost! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much for everything! We were very pleasantly surprised by the note, the chocolates, and even the ice in the freezer! We were also happy to see a rice cooker in the unit! It is the little things that really made our stay memorablr. The location was beautiful and close to so many things. We loved that the beach was beautiful and only a few minutes walk away. Thank you for replying so fast to every message and being so helpful. We will definitely be booking the Maui Vista 3401 again!
