This updated and comfortable vacation home is just steps from the beach. The queen bed and queen sofa bed can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or a small family of 2 adults & 2 children. The bedroom has an A/C. The stylish bathroom features a tiled, walk-in shower. The cheerful living room offers a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, A/C, and access to the lanai and ocean views. The updated kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinets, and all essentials for cooking and dining.
The sofa bed is best suited for children under 12. An adult may not be as comfortable on a sofa bed as on a standard mattress. Complimentary high-speed wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer, Greco pack & play, and assigned parking for one vehicle are provided. This single-story unit is accessed by a single flight of exterior stairs. Wood & tile flooring throughout the unit.
Two beach chairs, two beach towels, one beach mat, and one beach bag are provided for guest use. Beach toys (boogie boards, snorkel gear..) are not provided. Previous guests may leave them behind for you to use at your own risk.
A starter supply of paper and soap products (complimentary, not intended to cover a full stay) is furnished. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for their stay.
This unit does NOT have a dishwasher.
On-site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, and grilling area.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Kihei Bay Vista is located in North Kihei. Beaches, shops, and restaurants are nearby. With soft, golden sand and tranquil blue water with rhythmic waves, South Maui offers some of the best beaches on the island. Kalepolepo Beach and Park are small, uncrowded, and just across the street. There is an ancient fish pond which creates a shallow pool, about 2 feet deep.
There are world-class restaurants, spectacular golf courses, a wide spectrum of shops, and a variety of activities available in South Maui.
Whether your ideal vacation is doing nothing or action-packed, you can do it on Maui.
GETTING AROUND
If guests are content to stay in the Kihei area, there's no need to rent a car. There are shuttles available from the airport. Once here, Kihei has moped, bike rentals, and some local shuttle services as well as the Maui bus.

Everything was just like the pictures provided. Great place to stay for a couple nice and cozy. Only sad thing was the week be for we arrived Maui had a lot of Rain and storms causing the path directly across street to beach to wash out. However beach was still accessible thanks to Maui construction team just had to walk a bit further down. All in all great trip would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It was my first time ever traveling so far, as a woman solo traveling safety is important, and this airbnb made me feel so safe!
It was easy to get in, it was very clean and organized, the AC felt perfect, it was very quiet so i got a lot of rest, the view of the beach was so pretty, it was really spacious for one person in my opinion, the bathroom was very nice, the kitchen was easy to use, I did cook quite a bit with no issues whatsoever, the laundry was perfect and all the instructions/recommended places were clear and to the point.
I really enjoyed staying here, and 100% will book here again! Thank you for being wonderful hosts, I had a magnificent time!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we very happy with the place! The unit is right across from a beach and you can see the water from the apartment. We explored the entire island of Maui and this location in Kihei was a perfect central location. The hosts were great and provided extremely clear instructions and great recommendations for shuttles, rentals, activities, and more. Highly recommend!

Great location, it is near the bus #10 that goes towards the airport. Getting there by bus was easy. There is a nice beach across the place, great for kids as it is calm water and low depth. Kihei is a great place to visit Maui. The building has warm water in the pool. We did not have any problems staying at this place, it made our stay in Maui enjoyable. Very useful to have a washer and drier. The host left a binder with information about nearby places and things to know in general. We would be happy to stay there again.

Great spot immediately across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park and the Humpback Whale Sanctuary (great sunset pics were captured during our visit). Immaculate accommodations, parking on site, with great airflow through condo with gentle “trade winds”. I grew up on the island and I felt truly at home during our stay. I would definitely seek out Maui Roost (and this location) when I come home to visit. Aloha ka kou!

Such a lovely place to stay! The beach is right across the street and it’s easy to get to other beaches from the location. Literally everything we needed was in the apartment for cooking, the beach, relaxing…thanks for the good time! We’ll definitely be back!
