Amazing sunrise and sunset views from the lanai. Convenient oceanfront location, between Kamaole I & II Beaches. Restaurants, shops, and activities are all within walking distance. Updated kitchen, new artwork, couch, & linens. The queen bed comfortably accommodates 2 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with major appliances, essential cooking, dining ware, and utensils provided. There is one locked-off bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the unit (kitchen, living and dining area, one bedroom, bathroom, and lanai) are open for guest use.

This unit has one window-mounted A/C unit in the dining area. This unit does NOT have AC in the bedroom, central, or split A/C.
Kamaole Nalu is a 6 story building. This unit is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. The oceanfront location supplies a gentle breeze and the relaxing sound of the waves.
The living room provides a flat-screen TV with expanded cable channels and streaming.
Free high-speed wifi.
A washer and dryer are located in the hall closet of the unit for your convenience.
Kamaole Nalu Resort offers a large, oceanfront grassy area with scenic views, lounge chairs, tables, and a pool. An ideal place to relax, sunbathe, or look for turtles and whales.
Provided for guest use are 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear, a cooler, umbrella are not provided. These items may be left by previous guests, for use at your own risk. There are several beach gear rental shops nearby.
A starter kit of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry, and dish soap are provided. It is the guest's responsibility to provide these items for their use, after the starter kit is used
NO Sleeper Sofa. The minimum required age is 25. Maximum occupancy 2 guests. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
If your flight arrives before noon or your departure flight leaves after noon, we suggest you purchase an additional night for your convenience.
*Early check-in or late check-out without Maui Roost approval may result in additional fees.
We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Only registered Kamaole Nalu guests are allowed on the property.
Parking is provided for 1 vehicle. The parking spaces are narrow. We recommend compact cars only.
NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a very convenient location. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities just across the street or within walking distance. Kihei is a relaxed and diverse, residential community. Condos are the major accommodations here. The larger resorts are located in Wailea to the south and Lahaina & Kaanapali to the north.
GETTING AROUND
If guests are content to stay in Kihei, there is no need to rent a car. There are shuttles and Uber from the airport. Once in Kihei, there are bicycle, moped, and car rentals as well as local shuttles and the Maui bus.

You can’t beat this location! Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance and even more with just a short drive in the car. The condo itself was cozy and clean. Love that the beach chairs and beach towels are provided. There was also a cooler bag! The condo grounds are great - don’t miss watching the sunset from the lounge chairs out front! The beach is just steps away and is SO perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. We saw turtles every day! If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping, I suggest ear plugs as we found it noisy in the early mornings with loud trucks driving past almost every day. This unit is the closest to the road/parking lot so just something to be aware of.

Our stay at Kamaole Nalu was awesome! The unit was very clean and the location was awesome. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the back lawn and enjoying breakfast on our lanai with a great view of the ocean.

Condo was very nice, wonderful view from the lanai, great location. We have stayed in this building before and this unit was more updated than the previous one. Only negative was that only the back bedroom was open, the bedroom with the nicer view was locked, and the AC did not adequately cool that back bedroom. It was very warm and stuffy almost all day and night. We put the two fans in the doorways, but still too warm. My husband slept in the couch most nights. Everything else was great!

I decided on a last minute getaway alone and this place was perfect. Godd amount of space, all the amenities you need. It was located close to many restaurants and shops. Situated between 2 great beaches although the grassy knoll along the ocean was perfect for laying out and catching some rays. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Kihei . The views were breathtaking. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs and all kitchen items.
The place was beautifully furnished and very very clean. I would recommend this condo to everyone. We had a great experience we cannot wait to come back and stay here on beautiful Maui! Mahalo!

My husband and I celebrated our babymoon in Maui and Maui Roost was the perfect host during our stay. They were quick to respond when I had any questions pre-travel and even during our stay they were speedy with solutions when the towels in condo weren’t stocked.
About the location; it’s perfect! It was located right on the beautiful beachfront and easy walking distance to grab all meals throughout the day! We are so pleased with our stay we would certainly recommend to family/friends.
