Wailea Elua is a premier resort located on Ulua Beach in the heart of Wailea. Maui's sunny south shore has some of the best beaches on the island. Ulua Beach is a top snorkeling and dive location in Wailea. Hotels, spa facilities, and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance. This serene and comfortable condo offers an open floor plan, ocean views, private lanai, cable TV, wi-fi, central a/c, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and an in-unit washer/dryer.
The Master bedroom features a King bed, a new 48" LG Smart TV, a small private lanai, a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a desk/vanity area. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, ample storage space, and access to the main lanai.
A sectional couch and recliner supply plenty of room for everyone to gather in the main room to watch the sunset or your favorite show on the new 55" LG smart TV.
Meals can be enjoyed at either the inside or outside dining table.
The condo's location is quiet, private, and away from noise from pools, parking, and refuse areas.
A spacious, comfortable condo with ocean and garden views from the main patio, helps create an ideal location, whether you are relaxing after a day of exploring Maui or just enjoying the ambiance of Wailea Elua gated resort.
It is a short walk to the main pavilion & pool and the gated access Ulua Beach, a pristine white sandy beach. For your convenience, when heading to the beach, the condo has been stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.
Beautifully landscaped with native tropical foliage Wailea Elua offers 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a beachfront pavilion with a kitchen, gas grills, wi-fi, and sun and lounge chairs are available for your enjoyment.
One pickleball court is available for guest use.
A starter kit of soaps, paper products, and trash bags is provided.
When the supplies are gone, guests are responsible for purchasing supplies for the remainder of their stay.
NEIGHBORHOOD
South Maui is known for many of the best beaches on the island. Wailea is home to some of the most spectacular homes on Maui, luxury resorts, 5-star restaurants, and The Shops of Wailea, which features island-style shops and designer brands. Maui is home to 14 golf courses, (several of which are ranked at or near the top of the “world's best” lists) designed by noted course architects and golfing luminaries such as Arnold Palmer and Ben Crenshaw. The South Maui Beach Walk extends from Charley Young Beach (which is north of Wailea Elua) to Wailea Point (to the south). It is a lovely 3-mile walk along the coast and easily accessed through the private gate to Ulua, at the Pavilion.
GETTING AROUND
One unreserved parking space is available. Beaches, restaurants, shops, and activities are within walking distance. There is a South Maui Shuttle that covers Wailea to central Kihei if you prefer to ride instead of walk or drive.

The place is a nice value. It’s ideally located with a lovely ocean view, and it’s tidy and well equipped. Obvs from the photos, most cabinets/surfaces are original but upgrades include a lovely nana door, newer appliances, and tv.
We’ve stayed at Ekolu, Hoolei, Ekahi, and Palms over the years, as well as a luxury 3br unit in Elua last year so we can say with confidence that this place is a great deal if you’re ok without luxury finishes.

Condo was in a beautiful location. Very quiet area. Lovely beach. Can walk to the Shops at Wailea as well as a short drive to Kihei. Being up the hill gives you the best views but the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Condo comfortable. Appreciated the Laundry. Beds great. Ok the cabinets are a few decades old but who cares. They work. Kitchen appliances are new and plenty of pots and pans and soap. Bring coffee- none supplied. But that’s minor. Nice to have the extra beach towels and someone left a soft sided cooler as well as snorkel gear. All in all this was a great find in Wailea. Would definitely book again.

Great unit in Wailea Eula. Beautiful views from the deck. Living room and patio furniture and kitchen are dated as shown in the photos - but it’s all very comfortable and clean. Beds are firm which my wife loved. Easy walk down the hill to grills, pool/hot tub, and ocean front walking path.

#1 - Location is fantastic! Great view of water for sunsets and whale watching. Just a 3 min walk down to beautiful Elua Beach, and you can also snorkel right there. Easy access to the path along the shore so you can walk to the big hotels next door for food or drinks. We ended up driving into Kihei for more food options, it's a quick 10 min drive. #2 - the condo itself - super comfy beds, large master bedroom with a huge walk in closet. A/C and fans above the beds kept it nice and pleasant. Yes, the decor is a bit dated but you can see that in the photos. They had beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and (looked brand new, maybe someone left?) snorkel equipment. The only negative, and it's no fault of the owner since I forgot to ask, is it had a down couch and my husband is allergic (mentioned in case someone has similar allergy). The complex itself was gorgeous and meticulously maintained by the groundskeepers. Overall, we really loved it and would highly recommend!

I would definitely stay here again! It’s slightly outdated (shown in photos) but every has been well maintained. The Airbnb was spotless which I always appreciate and the dishwasher/washer machine work super well, I didn’t have to run second loads or re-wash anything. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. It’s a short walk down to the pool and beach and it’s conveniently located to some pretty amazing restaurants and fun shops. The host was thorough in her notes of instructions and she even included a list of things to do near by. 10/10 would recommend - you get a great value for the price!

This is by far the best place we have stayed at in Maui. The property is beautiful and fully stocked. The views of the beach are picturesque, and the entire complex is so peaceful and quiet. The beach boardwalk is a two-minute walk away where we easily walked to South Maui's most beautiful beaches. We will definitely look to rebook this property again, if possible. This is our second time coming back to Maui, we love it here. Our first time staying in this condo. The condo far exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing and the beaches felt private. The complex was great and the pools were amazing. Central A/C was a huge plus and the full size washer/dryer was also great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We walked to all the resort restaurants along the beach path and everything was close. We will be booking this condo again. Can’t say enough great things about this amazing place.

Our stay in Wailea was lovely from beginning to end. This unit was an easy walk to our favorite ocean overlook (lush grass!) and beach, and the beautiful balcony provided exceptional views on the days we stayed in. The condo had everything that we needed, and we were particularly appreciative of the comfy beach chairs and towels! Such a magical trip and #306 was a big part of that!
