This fully remodeled unit is an ideal place to relax after Maui adventures.  A quiet and comfortable condo to make you feel at home. One benefit of a corner unit is the refreshing cross-breeze from the additional side windows. Indulge in exceptional sunset views from your private lanai.

The kitchen features upgraded appliances, stone counters, new cabinets, stylish lighting, and the necessary cooking/dining ware and utensils.  The open design allows you to enjoy the view and interact from anywhere in the main living area.

Relax in the living area and watch TV on the large, flat screen TV. A/C is available for a quick cool down.

Each bedroom offers a queen bed and ample storage for your comfort. The upstairs loft bedroom has an attached bathroom. Both remodeled bathrooms have new vanities, tiled, walk-in showers and the upstairs shower has a bench seat.

Full size, in-unit washer and dryer free wi-fi, free calling within US & Canada, and parking for one vehicle are included included for your convenience.

Provided for guest use are 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and a beach umbrella.

This is a top (4th) floor unit, accessible by elevator or stairs, in building #3. There is an indoor, one story stairway to the loft bedroom and bathroom.

The minimum stay is 4 nights, except from Dec 15 - Jan 5, when the minimum stay is 10 nights.

Maui Vista Resort provides community gas grills, 3 pools with lounge chairs, 6 championship tennis courts and equipment rentals. Free on-site activities guide is available 8 am-8 pm daily to assist with activities planning, answer questions, offer suggestions and provide free Maui maps and brochures. The resort grounds and parking lots are patrolled by security.

Guest must register with front office to receive parking permit. If you arrive after 4 pm or on the weekend, the office will be closed. Please go to the Maui Vista office located on ground floor of building 1. There is a phone outside the office, to contact security.  Security can issue a temporary parking pass.

Maui Vista resort is centrally located, just across the street from family-friendly Charley Young Beach and Kamaole 1 Beach. Walking along the white sand shoreline, you'll find outdoor showers, picnic tables, charcoal grills, a beach volleyball court and restroom facilities. You can walk from Charley Young along the beach all the way to Wailea. Shopping and a variety of restaurants as well as surf/paddle board rentals and lessons are within walking distance.

Kihei is very relaxed, diverse community. Many local residents live here. Condos offer the majority of vacation accommodations here. Large resorts and hotels are located in nearby Wailea and to the west in Lahaina and Ka'anapali.

If guests are content to stay in Kihei area, there's no need to rent a car. There are shuttles available from the airport. Once here, Kihei has moped, bike rentals and some local shuttle services as well as the Maui bus for $1-2.

Other things to note:

  • This unit has a main floor enclosed bedroom and an open loft bedroom.

  • Please read through the condo book upon arrival, it has rules and regulations for the property.

  • A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent are provided for your convenience. It is your responsibility to replenish items for the remainder of your stay.

  • Quiet hours are 10 pm- 8 am.

  • No items can be hung on lanai.

  • No wet/damp items on furniture.

  • No sunscreen/lotion/self tanner allowed on furniture, linens or towels.

  • No animals allowed in unit - can result in a fine or eviction.

  • No smoking in unit, or on lanai- $250 fine +$500 smoke removal treatment for unit. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated smoking areas on property

We had an amazing stay. One of our best Airbnb stay. Exactly as described, fully loaded amenities. The icing on the cake was beach gear like beach chairs, noodles, umbrella etc. The location was awesome as well close proximity to markets and amazing beaches.

This place is in a great central location and within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was amazing.

Everything is exactly as the pictures show, the complex is great, the location is perfect and we would definitely do it again. There is everything you could possibly need for a family vacation and the unit is very well maintained. Julie was very quick and helpful in responding to anything and the whole process is as it should be. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Aloha Juilie and Maui Roost! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much for everything! We were very pleasantly surprised by the note, the chocolates, and even the ice in the freezer! We were also happy to see a rice cooker in the unit! It is the little things that really made our stay memorablr. The location was beautiful and close to so many things. We loved that the beach was beautiful and only a few minutes walk away. Thank you for replying so fast to every message and being so helpful.
