Stunning views from the lanai. Perfect location between Kamaole I & II Beaches. Fully remodeled, comfortable, and bright unit with A/C in both bedrooms and main room.
Master BR features a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd BR offers two full beds. Maximum 4 adults, 5 guests total. Gourmet kitchen w/GE Profile convection microwave oven and 2-zone Wolf cooktop. One parking space, high-speed wi-fi, cable, and in-unit laundry are provided for your comfort and convenience.
The living room offers a flat-screen TV with expanded cable channels and streaming capabilities. This unit has split A/C in both bedrooms and the main living area. NO sofa sleeper. A washer and dryer are located in the hall closet of the unit for your convenience. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for guest use. Beach toys, (boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrella, etc.) are NOT provided. Previous guests may leave these items for use at your own risk. A starter kit of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry, and dish soap is provided. It is the guest's responsibility to provide these items for their use after the starter kit is used.
Parking is provided for 1 vehicle. Parking spaces are very narrow, so we highly recommend compact cars only.
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
If your flight arrives before noon or your departure flight leaves after noon, we suggest you purchase an additional night for your convenience.
We strongly suggest You purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Kamaole Nalu is a 6 story building. This unit is located on the 4th floor at the end closest to the ocean, accessible by stairs or elevator. The oceanfront location supplies a gentle breeze and the relaxing sound of the waves.
Kamaole Nalu Resort offers a large, oceanfront grassy area with scenic views, 2 gas BBQ grills, lounge chairs, tables, and a pool. An ideal place to relax, sunbathe, look for turtles or whales (in season Nov-May), or watch the sunset.
Violations of house/resort rules are cause for fines and may result in immediate dismissal from the property without a refund.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
This is a very convenient location. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities just across the street or within walking distance. Kihei is a relaxed and diverse community with many residents. Condos are the major accommodations here. The larger resorts are located in Wailea to the south and Lahaina & Kaanapali to the north.
GETTING AROUND
If guests are content to stay in Kihei, there is no need to rent a car. There are shuttles and Uber from the airport. Once in Kihei, many shops, restaurants, and activities are within walking distance. If you don't feel like walking, there are bicycle, moped, and car rentals as well as local shuttles and the Maui bus.

We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave the condo! The views cannot be beat and I will miss hearing the waves right outside the window. The condo is fairly compact but updated and well-furnished with everything you need for a Maui vacation, including beach towels and chairs. Kitchen and washer/dryer are perfect and we spent lots of time on the balcony. Walk right down the stairs to the beach or pool. 100% recommend and we would love to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maui Roost. It fit our family well, has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of amenities. We liked the fact there weren't huge amounts units in the building and loved the view and proximity to the beach and restaurants. The sunset from the lanai was one of the best we've ever seen. We are very grateful to have had this place to relax for the week.

This condo is worth every penny just for the view!! We spent 6 nights enjoying the beautiful Maui sunset. It is steps from the beach! It was an excellent location with lots of options for food and shopping. The amenities are good, but could be a little better. Maui Roost is very responsive and just wonderful to work with. Our minor complaint is that the condo is lined with mirrors which make it look a lot bigger in the photos than it is. It was great for my small family of 4. I would love to come back next year!

We stayed at this apartment as a family of two adults and two adult children (22 & 19) over Christmas and had such a memorable, fantastic vacation. Days were spent with either coffee or wine on the lanai watching the sea turtles and whales. When we weren't on the lanai we were snorkeling just steps from the apartment. The sound of the ocean felt so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was everything we needed! Having laundry facilities and two bathrooms was great for us. This vacation exceeded expectations and we were all so sad to leave! We'd definitely stay here again!

This was a very comfortable place to call home during our stay in Kihei. The views were amazing. The location right on the beach and close to restaurants was very convenient. It accommodated our family of 4 well. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and washing machine. Having mirrors on all of the walls was a little much.

If you’re going to stay in Kehei and you want a professionally remodeled interior with an awesome view this is the place. We really appreciated the well designed space, quality finishes and modern island furniture. Everything you need for your stay if you’re going to cook some. We were lucky to catch the full moon during our stay , it was 5am but we were still on 8am PST so coffee on the lanai was super beautiful). Sea turtles dining off the rocks below was also a treat. Two thumbs up from us.

Unreal location right next to the beach. Pool was deep but kids loved it. Sunsets incredible. Clean and tidy place was just what we needed. We went with two kids and a newborn. Everyone was happy there.

Very good view and sea breeze from the patio. Direct access to the beach. Amazing sunrise and sunset view. Just walking cross the street there are bakeries, restaurants and shave ice stores we can enjoy choices of nice foods and drinks. The kitchens are fully equipped with very considerable supplies. We enjoy our stay here very much.

The condo and location were perfect for our family of four. We have two teens, so we wanted to be in an area where there were places for any of us to walk to for food and shopping. The beach access was easy and we were able to snorkel right out front every day. We rented snorkel gear for the week at a shop right across the street. We appreciated suggestions for activities from the host, and getting around with our rental car was easy to do.

Excellent choice for our family of 5. The condo was perfect and I really enjoyed my early morning coffee on the balcony every day. The beach was so beautiful and great snorkeling in the mornings before the wind picked up. The kids (and us adults) loved seeing all the turtles in the water both from the land above, and in the water snorkeling. The location was great (we rented a car) and we could easily get to all the places on the island we wanted to visit. The management was great at communication and very responsive. The only issue we had was the toaster didn't work but they replaced it immediately. I think I chose the perfect place for our family to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui.

We loved our time at #406! The location was absolutely perfect, being the 4th floor corner unit the ocean and sunset views are incredible. We lived on the Lanai, seeing sea turtles and whales daily. Highly recommend renting binoculars! The unit and grounds were pristine and we were impressed at the daily maintenance of the friendly staff. The grills are cleaned daily, grounds maintained and the apartment was well appointed with beach towels and all you need. This unit is across the street from Coconuts (best fish tacos and poke!), the cinnamon roll place (try the salmon lox bagels too!), an ABC store and all the water and recreational rentals you could ever want.
The sounds of the waves are thundering all night, the bedrooms have fans and we never even turned on AC as the trade winds kept us cool through the screened windows and door. The pool is rather deep just an fyi for those with small kiddos, supervision always required. The location between Kam 1 & 2 is ideal. Loved our time!

We had a wonderful stay! Incredible view and amazing location with great beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Condo was comfortable and felt private with two master suites. There were two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a small cooler left in the condo as well. For a fee, we were able to extend our checkout time to mid-afternoon which allowed us to enjoy our last day in paradise.

Very happy we chose this place! Stayed a week in January w my husband and 2 college-aged kids. Loved the location! Lots of places right across the street for breakfast, lunch, casual dinner, dessert (as well as small grocery stores, souvenirs and beach rental equipment). Also just a 10-15 min walk to Kihei boat ramp where we departed for both our snorkeling and whale watch tours. Beach is just off the very nice lawn area. And my favorite part was the lanai because it was whale season and we saw lots of whales throughout the day, from the lanai and the lawn. We had a rental minivan and parking spots were very tight but do-able. The condo is small-ish but was enough room for the 4 of us, and we spent most of the time outdoors. Cost for our stay was high, but don't regret staying here. Location, clean, very good condition, easy access, etc made for a wonderful stay here.

This place is an absolute GEM. We plan on coming back as often as we can. The location could not be more perfect. I could have lived on that balcony for the rest of my life with that view!!! We felt so at home and relaxed. If you want a truly local Maui island experience, Kihei is the town to stay in. The apartment is across the street from all the best LOCAL restaurants and shops. The condo was wonderful, well stocked with kitchen supplies and cook ware. Beds and bedding were plentiful and comfortable. The views from the porch are great with a clear view of Molokini, the sunset, and the wonderful beach water front. The condo facility has gas grills for use that are very nice and the grassy area between the condo and the water make a really nice place to watch the sun go down from the lounge chairs. The pool is a nice size and always clean, although with the great beaches surrounding the property it is often open. Right in front (literally 15 yards from the stairs) of the condo there is a great place to snorkel with coral, turtles, and fish. The property and adjoining beaches are quiet family friendly beaches with plenty of places to put a chair and watch the waves roll in.

My family and I spent one week at this place and it was fantastic! When I first booked this apartment, there were no reviews at all, but I took the risk and it was completely worth it.
From the balcony we could watch the sunset every evening which made the location undeniably the best part of the whole experience. Otherwise, the apartment was perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable, modern and probably relatively new. The Maui Roost service was very responsive, friendly and helpful. During the day we could walk 30 seconds to the beach to swim and snorkel, and during the night, we listen and watch the waves from our beds (king-bed room).
Next time I go to Maui, I will definitely visit this place again.

The condo was just perfect for our girls trip. Once we figured out the door code (probably user error), all was smooth sailing. Air conditioned bedrooms and open air living space (living room/dining room). The balcony was perfect for evening sunset gazing. I will definitely be back! ❤️🌅🏝
