Spacious & secluded ground floor unit with garden view. Maui Kamaole is an immaculately landscaped piece of paradise. Beautiful beaches are a short 1/2 mile walk in either direction.
Bedroom features include King bed, tv, ensuite bath, and private lanai. A full kitchen and roomy living area make it easy to feel at home. The kitchen has all the necessities including a blender and coffee maker. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Both lanais are inviting any time of day. This unit is perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing getaway.
Free: wi-fi, phone, w/free calls to US & Canada, cable tv, and parking for one vehicle (space B14). A starter kit of soaps & paper products is provided. Two beach towels and beach chairs and provided.
A/C units in the main area and bedroom help keep you comfortable. An electronic keypad allows self-check in flexibility.
Maui Kamaole offers two pools, hot tubs, gas grills for guest use, and tennis courts. Conveniently located on the edge of Kihei and Wailea.
South Maui is known for some of the best beaches on the island. Wailea has high-end resorts, 5-star restaurants, and The Shops of Wailea, which features island-style shops and designer brands. Maui is home to 14 golf courses (several of which are ranked at or near the top of the “world's best” lists), designed by noted course architects and golfing luminaries such as Arnold Palmer and Ben Crenshaw. The South Maui Beach Walk extends from Charley Young Beach to the north of Maui Kamaole and south to Wailea Point. It is a lovely 3- mile walk along the coast and easily accessed, just across the road from Maui Kamaole.
Kamaole Beach III Park has a large, open lawn that is well known as a perfect spot to watch Maui's stunning sunsets.
There is a South Maui Shuttle if you prefer to ride instead of walk or drive.

A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent are provided for your convenience. It is your responsibility to replenish items for the remainder of your stay.
Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am.
No wet/damp items on furniture.
No sunscreen/lotion/self tanner allowed on furniture, linens or towels.
No smoking in unit, or on lanai- $250 fine +$500 smoke removal treatment for unit. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated smoking areas on property.

Great place to stay on the south end of Kihei! Just a few minutes drive from several beaches, shops, bars, and restaurants. The place was very cozy, especially the private back porch area surrounded with beautiful gardens. Would definitely book with Maui Roost again on our next visit!

Everything was fantastic! We came to support our son who had lost his home and livelihood in the Lahaina Fire. The condo was perfect for preparing meals and hosting his small family. He and his partner have a newborn baby who was only 5 days old when we arrived. They visited us during the day to rest and recuperate. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well organized. We also enjoyed the location of the condo in that we were able to take long walks along the beach to the North and South of the condo. Thank you for giving us a safe and nurturing place to care for our family.

Great place to stay. Very peaceful and private location (beach across the road within walking distance), good reference material in the guide book. We enjoyed the pools and walking through the grounds. The "Host" was very responsive to any questions that we had. Very beautiful surroundings! Beautiful furnishings, supplied with everything that you could possibly need. The condo was close to Restaurants, Shops and activities. A real GEM in the middle of paradise!

We loved this vacation for the walking and snorkeling. The condo was within our budget and perfectly located between Kihei and Wailea. The condo was a tad dated in its feel but great for our needs. Afternoons were hot and we felt better embracing the island breezes than using AC but the AC was not great…2 units and both loud. The loads of beach amenities and coolers and chairs made up for this slight inconvenience. We would book again.

The condo was wonderful. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing time! Location is so convenient. Easy access to water! The complex is short walking distance to beach and the condo itself is very close to one of the pools. Very short drive distance to shops and restaurants in Kihei and to Wailea. It felt private, was quiet and had two great lanais that we enjoyed using and the parking space was very convenient. Will definitely return!

The condo is located in a nice area and 10-minutes walk to pretty good beaches. The apartment itself is large and atmospheric. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is really incredible. Exotic plants and birds singing add to the atmosphere, it was very pleasant to have breakfasts there. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Great location! Beach and restaurants within walkable distance. The property is beautiful but could do with a bit of a refurbishment. Maui Roost who manages the property were amazing! They provided clear and detailed instructions, with lots of local recommendations including weather details. Would definitely recommend Maui Roost.

The lanai is so peaceful and private. Suite is spotless and full of everything you need for a Maui holiday. Well stocked kitchen and starter supplies were ample. Only suggestion would be to bring your favorite sharp kitchen knife if that matters to you. Location prime for walking to kamaole III or Kewakapu beaces. Great communication from rental management company.

Our experience from start to finish was flawless! The condo was perfect for us and Julie, with Maui Roost was amazing! Because of her, and the experience she helped to give us, we are hoping to make many more trips based off of what Maui Roost has to offer.
As for this specific condo, we absolutely loved the location. It was the perfect home away from home while helping us to truly feel like we were on our honeymoon! The little touches when we checked in made us smile ear to ear. We had a parking space, enjoyed that we were walking distance to some of the local spots and also anywhere else we wanted to go, was not a far drive at all. We snorkeled with our gear almost every morning that we could as well! Having a kitchen and laundry was a huge asset for us as well. (Again, I have nothing bad to say about anything)!
All in all, this was a honeymoon/vacation that we will never forget. From the communication the moment we booked, until after our stay, we could not have asked for anything better. The condo was just as good, if not better, than advertised. I wasn't around much during the day but at night the fan in the bedroom was enough to stay comfortable in mid-July. The kitchen had everything I needed (besides food) and the Foodland nearby was a lifesaver for keeping down food costs on the trip. Having the beach equipment (towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, mats, etc.) was so convenient. I would 100% stay here again.

This condo is truly lovely and comfortable. Perfect quiet location, tucked back from the traffic. And it had great internet for my emergency work call. If you follow the sidewalk down to the 5 Palms, you can hop on the beach and walk all the way to Waimea Point and back.

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. The location was great with easy beach access and lots of good food options nearby. The condo itself was very clean and comfortably furnished, and came stocked with beach accessories like boogie boards and shade umbrellas. The two patios were beautiful. The back patio in particular felt like our own private garden. Of the three places we stayed in Maui, this was by far our favorite, and we'd definitely recommend it to others!
