This spacious, renovated top floor condo in the desirable Wailea resort area is ideal for a Maui visit. Located in one of the best locations in Wailea Ekahi Village; it is quiet and has private garden and partial ocean views. The beach, main pool and pavilion are a short, 1½ minute walk away. The kitchen has been renovated with stainless-steel appliances, new cabinets and marble counters. Other unit upgrades include updated bathrooms, new carpet, electric lanai shade and two AC units.
The tranquil master bedroom features new king bed, privacy shutters, A/C, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private lanai. The fully stocked kitchen provides all major appliances, cookware, dishes/flatware/drinkware, cooking utensils, and a variety of small appliances for your comfort and convenience. Seating for four at either dining room or lanai table. The living room offers a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, for up to 2 children 12 or under, cozy chair and TV with cable. Both bathrooms feature walk in showers with hand held shower wand option. Enjoy garden and partial ocean views from the large lanai.. The bedroom lanai features a lounge chair, small table and storage for all the beach items. There are a/c units in living room and bedroom.
Free parking, wi-fi and a washer/dryer are included.
The condo is quiet, spacious and ready for your relaxing stay. Beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, are provided for your use. Sand toys, snorkel gear and/or boogie boards are not provided. These items may be left by previous guests and are available for use at your own risk.
We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap as well as shampoo and soap.
Wailea Ekahi Village, known for its 34 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and spacious grounds. Four pools, a new beachfront pavilion (with Wi-Fi), and shuffle board are available for your enjoyment. Access famous Keawakapu Beach by private gate, used only by Wailea Ekahi owners & guests. You are a short walk from several Wailea resorts, restaurants and The Shops at Wailea, an upscale shopping and dining area. Championship golf, tennis and other world-famous beaches are nearby.
Located in Ekahi’s Lower Village means this condo has one of the shortest, walks to the main Pavilion Pool and Keawakapu Beach. It also means the location is quiet, private and away from road noise. Building 6 overlooks a garden, and an empty lot, not another building. The oceanfront pool and pavilion offer an amazing option for stunning ocean views, sunsets, whale watching and gated access to Keawakapu Beach. Walking distance to Keawakapu Beach, Shops at Wailea and several restaurants. If you dont want to walk or drive, Turtle Tracks, a local shuttle service is a great option for getting around Wailea & south Kihei.

Ekahi is in the perfect place on Maui for fabulous beaches, great swimming pools and good parking. The condo is as described and furnishings are old as shown in the pictures. The one bed is fairly soft but comfortable, there are beach chairs and umbrellas. Washer dryer is handy. The condo location is a short walk to the pool and beach which was the best thing about this place. The nearby silent pool is also awesome. Inside the condo needs updating but the price reflects that and we would go back tomorrow if we could.

We had a wonderful stay in Maui Roost’s unit in Wailea Ekahi! The location of the unit can’t be beat. It is merely steps from the beach and a short walk to several beautiful beaches and resorts. The unit included all amenities that we could possibly need, and we especially liked having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and towels! Grilling at the pavilion in the evenings was a bonus and we loved watching the sunset from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were planning on staying at a resort on Kaanapali beach and had to change our plans due to the fires. We found this airbnb online and we fell in love with the location and property as soon as we arrived. The condo was well stocked, clean, bright and airy. We loved the swimming pool area as well as the easy access to the beach. I’m sure I will stay there again.

Excellent location, steps away from the pool and beach access. The condo is open and feels more spacious than it is. Furniture and carpet are dated but that didn’t bother us as the space was very clean (clean enough that we let our baby crawl around). We would love to stay here again.

We’ve stayed in the Ekahi condos many times as this condo property is the best in terms on beach access, quiet, close to everything you’d want to do in Wailea. This was the first time we’ve stayed at this specific property and it was definitely the CLOSEST we’ve been to the beach (2min walk). Yes, decor is not great but that doesn’t really bother us. The only thing I was disappointed in is the lack of things for guests to use at the beach. We wished there was snorkel gear and ice packs, containers for lunches so we could pack lunches to take to the beach, most places offer this kind of stuff. Otherwise it was great. I did wish there was more privacy in the bedroom, the neighbors can see straight into the bedroom, but still would stay again for the proximity to the beach. Overall I would recommend, it’s a really really great location.

My family and I had an amazing ten day stay in December 2022. Our condo was close proximity to the pool / beach and all the fun of Wailea. We enjoyed having our own full kitchen, washer + dryer and separate bedroom and two baths for a family of four with little kids. We would love to stay again!

This is definitely a hidden gem of Maui! The location was excellent, right between Wailea and Kihei. If you aren’t sure about where to stay on the island (like we were), pick this place! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, unit itself was clean and comfortable, the attached pool was delightful and the beach access was actually amazing, even compared to the famous beaches we drove to. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Our stay was great! Everything was clean, stocked, and as shown in the posting. The included laundry and kitchenware were amazing - we didn’t realize how much we’d like having those particular amenities until we got there. So, so convenient to have fully stocked kitchenware and WD. I also loved how close the unit is to the water. Just a few minutes (walking). Maui Roost was great from start to finish in terms of communication, expectation, and even left a little welcoming note for us when we first arrived. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this rental was spectacular. As a host, Julie had the upmost professionalism and provided tons of resources to make our stay comfortable. On a previous trip my wife and I stayed in the Wailea Ekahi village, the location is perfect. This unit in particular is fantastic because it is at the bottom of the hill, literally only a 90 second walk to the lower pool and gated beach access. The poolside pavilion is terrific if you are traveling with a family or group (or just want to make dinner by the beach or pool). We spent quite a bit of time at the smaller and quieter pools scattered around the property after snorkeling in the mornings. The actual unit is clean and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and all of the beach stuff you need (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, etc). I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. Can’t wait to visit again!

I had the most incredible time at this property. I almost don't want to even write a review about it, because I want to keep this unit a secret! ha. It was just amazing. The view, the amenities, the comfort of the bed, the birds chirping in the vegetation right outside your window, the moon, stars, and ocean seen from the lanai, and the proximity to the beach are incredible features making it incomparable to many other places I've stayed at in the Kihei/Wailea area. Wow. We will be staying here again and again if we can.

We have stayed in Ekahi Village before and this is the best spot so far. Enough room for a family (with 2 teens), the layout was nice and the view was unforgettable - I made sure to spend some time on the patio every day. Those sensitive to noise may not have appreciated the renovation ongoing next door M-F, lots of sawing, colorful language and hammering. Luckily we usually were out and about or at the beach and did not spend a lot of time at the condo, except at night. This condo is very close to the new pavilion/ pool and a very short walk to the beach. The beach has waves to boogie board and the snorkeling in front of the Andaz Hotel (one bay over) was incredible - Many species of fish, eel and yes turtles would swim by us. We did have a dishwasher issue before we arrived which was replaced our first day there but the repair worker did not bother to cover the old dishwasher during removal, leaving a rancid scent of old food/water in the condo when we returned in the afternoon. We called Maui Roost and a carpet cleaner was sent later that same day so hopefully you receive the same service as us.
Bottom line: We would stay here again and rent from Maui Roost.

If you've never been to Maui, this is one of the best locations you can get. Wailea is so beautiful but the unit is close to Kihei too, where you go to buy stuff unless you're really really rich, in which case you can just go to Wailea. The beach has outstanding swimming and pretty good snorkeling, and it's SO close. I was VERY impressed by the condo complex. The landscaping was amazing, it was like being in an arboretum. The main pool was perfect, could not have been better. Complex was calm and quiet and laid back and we always felt 100% safe. The condo was just as advertised and had everything we needed. Being out on the lanais was really enjoyable. One thing that was great was how close the unit is to the pool and beach, but without being in earshot. I thought the listing and the pictures were very accurate. And thanks so much for all the local food/drink suggestions -- we tried a number of the recommendations!

Ekahi unit 6F was great. The location is lush and private but very close to the main pool and beach. Good ocean view from the lanai. The kitchen is updated and very well stocked. The King bed was super comfortable! Julie at Maui Roost was attentive and accomodating. I highly recommend this unit!
