This serene top-floor unit overlooks the 3rd & 5th fairways of the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course providing the perfect location to relax after a day of exploring Maui. This spacious and comfortable unit offers vaulted ceilings, a sectional couch, and a dining table in the main room. A king bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom easily accommodate 4 guests. The main room and both bedrooms have split a/c units, ceiling fans, and TVs. The main area, MBR & lanai have course views.
Make yourself at home. You can enjoy your morning on the lanai watching the sunrise over Haleakala Crater and watching the sunset from the top floor entryway.
Grand Champions Golf and Tennis Villas is an elegant, first-class development in Wailea. The Wailea "Blue" Golf Course borders one side of the resort and the Wailea Tennis Club borders the other side.
Beautifully landscaped with native tropical foliage, Grand Champions offers two swimming pools, each with a jacuzzi spa, changing rooms, restrooms, showers, and two large gas grills for guest use. Grand Champions is a quiet, safe resort setting.
NEIGHBORHOOD
South Maui is known for many of the best beaches on the island, including Ulua, Mokapu, Keawakapu, Polo, and Wailea Beach. Makena is less than 5 miles away and has access to Big Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the state. Wailea is home to some of the most spectacular homes on Maui, luxury resorts, 5-star restaurants, and The Shops of Wailea, which features island-style shops with handmade treasures to boutiques with designer brands, (such as Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Coach, Gucci to name a few). The Shops of Wailea is a beautiful 5-minute drive or 10-15 minute walk from Grand Champions. Maui features 14 golf courses, (several of which are ranked at or near the top of the “world's best” lists) designed by noted course architects and golfing luminaries such as Arnold Palmer and Ben Crenshaw. The South Maui Beach Walk extends from Charley Young Beach to Wailea Point. It is a lovely 3-mile walk along the coast.
GETTING AROUND
One reserved parking space (#100) and guest spaces are available. Beaches, restaurants, shops, and activities are within 5 minute drive or 10-15 walking distance. There is a South Maui Shuttle that covers Wailea to central Kihei if you prefer to ride instead of walk or drive.

The SafelyStay, Inc Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 of accidental coverage for contents damage or accidental property damage. A starter supply of soaps and paper products is provided. Guests are responsible for providing products for their stay after the initial supply is depleted.
Four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided for guest use. Additional beach gear, (cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogies boards, beach toys) are NOT PROVIDED. Several rental companies in the area provide these items. These items may be left in the unit by previous guests, and available for use at your own risk.

The condo was very clean and the golf course was incredible as the view. Super quiet. Patio excellent place for meals. BBQ at the pool was so convenient and clean. Kitchen had an abundance of dishes and cooking supplies. Great area to walk, with the best Gourmet shop to purchase tasty already made meals and/ or any type of supplies needed.
I would recommend this condo and would definitely come back as a guest. Mahalo

Had an amazing stay here during a work/fun trip to Maui. We invited some friends to join us on the trip and this place was perfect for what we needed. The condo was walking distance to the beach and several world class resorts. Having a kitchen was great so we could cook at home or there were plenty of great dining options close by. We’d stay here again for sure!
Only drawback was that the grill is a community grill by the pool.

I’ve stayed in this grand champions area multiple times in different units and it’s always a wonderful experience. Everything you need is provided, great location, free parking. This place was clean, peaceful, and the owners were super responsive, even checking in half way through.

Condo was well described. Pictures match what the condo had to offer. Directions for check in and check out were clearly outlined. The condo was clean and had information about things to do in the area. Julie with Maui Roost, was very quick to respond to email regarding questions I had. She was very pleasant to converse with and answered all of my concerns.

The location in Wailea is perfect, wouldn’t have wanted to stay in any other area! So beautiful and peaceful. Condo is close to many amazing beaches and restaurants and a great coastal walking path. The golf course/ Mountain View from the lanai is also quite nice. Condo was clean and comfortable. The AC works great. The few issues we had were addressed quickly. Decor/ furniture is pretty dated and could use upgrading. Good place in a great area!

Grand Champion Villa 100 was clean. It is somewhat dated decor and has wall to wall carpet. It was very clean!

Grand Champions Unit 100 was great. Super clean, soft towels and linens, beach gear, beautiful views and easy access to all of south Maui. King Bedroom had comfortable mattress. Kitchen is super well stocked. Management is extremely responsive and accommodating. AC works well and quick!
The lawn mower does come by early in the morning but we are up early so didn’t bother us. Couldn’t hear it in living room with air on, but could hear it in master bedroom … it is not super loud but something to be aware of if you have a really light sleeper.
My only recommendation would be to replace the sofa in living room. Only the short side of the sectional sits comfortably. The long side has a slight slant & the pull out mattress is unusable (my husband snores so one of us always ends up on the extra bed)
Overall, this unit exceeded my expectations & Maui Roost was phenomenal to rent from.
